Samwha and Nichicon provide specialised audio capacitors to meet the low noise and high ripple current requirements demanded:

Samwha produce the AM series while Nichicon offer their KG series. The Samwha non-polarised products are available in SMD with CN series and NP, NS, NE and RN in conventional format. The non polar BP and BR series are specifically designed for crossover networks.

Nichicon manufacture a comprehensive range of inherently low noise devices for audio applications, from the premium grade KZ series through FG, to FW standard series. Miniature case and SMD versions are also available. Both manufacturers offer standard LAEC's with voltages up to 500V and capacitance up to 680,000uf as standard.

Taiwan Semiconductor produce a range of high reliability glass passivated in-line bridge rectifiers. For example the TS10, TS15, TS20, TS25 ranges, 10amp to 25amp are ideally suited for these applications.

We have worked in conjunction with JST to offer custom cable solutions for internal wiring applications in larger amplifiers and other audio systems.

Arcotronics film capacitors combine high stability and low cost with a wide range of values, which are widely used in all types of audio products. The R46 series is the preferred choice for simple suppression solutions to meet the EMI regulations.
