With a footprint reduced by 78% and packages just 0.9mm high, they are ideal for insertion in compact portable devices.
As a franchised distributor of analogue ICs and other products from Taiwan Semiconductor, Easby is offering 1N4448WS, B0530WS, RB751V-40 Schottky and UDZS Series Zener diodes in surface mount SOD-323F packages with footprints of just 2.6 x 1.3mm. (January 2005)
