Ultra-small RoHS-compliant SMD rectifier diodes introduced

We are offering several new series of RoHS compliant, ultra-small surface mount rectifier diodes. With a footprint reduced by 78% and packages just 0.9mm high, they are ideal for automatic insertion in compact portable devices.
As a franchised distributor of analogue ICs and other products from Taiwan Semiconductor, Easby is offering 1N4448WS, B0530WS and RB751V-40 Schottky, and UDZS Series Zener diodes in surface mount SOD-323F packages with footprints of just 2.6mm x 1.3mm. These offer fast switching and high conductance in general purpose applications.
Easby offers the Taiwan Semiconductor range of RoHS-compliant TS4148 high speed diodes.
Equivalent to the universally popular 1N4148 diode, the TS4148 range is available in standard 1206, 0805 and 0603 surface-mount packages, significantly simplifying handling compared with traditional rounded MELF packages. Easby also offers a very wide range of standard and Schottky diodes in SOT-23 packages. (June 2005)
